Edgars delivery service

I made a purchase online on the 29.11.2019, received an email stating that my delivery will be made on the 09.12.2019 before 5pm, it is now the 12.11.2019, Edcon customer service department cannot give an idea as where my parcel is, whom the courier service, they keep telling delivery delivery will be made every day despite the fact that I have received an email for delivery on the 09.12.2019. Very poor delivery service!!!! you guys should take a page from MRP, apparel are half the price and yet they are way more efficient when it comes to delivery!!!
