Edgars club benefits not valid

<p> I called in to the roadside assistance benefit today for the first time. I had to check on their website what the benefits are. The agent told me I only qualify for the towing and not the transportation benefit. The transportation benefit says that you get up to 1000 for car hire or taxi to take you home after a breakdown. The agent told me tbeu can organise it at my own cost. This is not what the club benefit states. I spent my own money whilst I have a benefit. Screen shot clearly shows they will pay fir transport costs should your car breakdown. </p>
