Edgars cellphone insurance department

I have lodged a claim with edgars and the call centre people were very rude on the phone and unhelpful some guy I spoke to Kgothatso said I should wait for an sms that confirms that my claim has been approved /declined for like an hour which I find it very inappropriate coz I asked him to wait with me on the phone till I get the sms He said its impossible what the he'll is that ...impossible for Him to assist a client ...I must say ur service sucks ..it's better for one to just get a contract from the mobile shops directly coz there is nothing u can do for one to get assistance rather than making us miserable!
