Edgars Cell Insure Charges

I bought a cellphone from Edgars a few years ago, when the phone was ****** i tried to claim from the insurance to which they refused to pay out.

I have cancelled this insurance YEARS ago but every month am being charged about R100 for cell insure to which they keep on adding interest and collection charges.

I have spoken to EVERYONE, I keep on receiving the same "we will call you back in 48H) but i have not been helped.

This account is incorrect and needs to be rectified but no one helps.

What is there to do? Is this a case of ***** to be reported?

Please advise when this matter will be addressed?

Please reverse all incorrect charges for cell insure and recalculate billing of interest charged.

Awaiting full statement urgently.
