Edgars cant unblock my account

I have been struggling to unblock my acciount with Edgars.

There were ********** purchases in Feb 2020, these were reversed and I have been paying since. But I had asked them to keep my card blocked.

Now I want to unblock and when I go to the store, they keep transferring us between Edgars and RCS. This is WRONG.
