Edgar's are a bunch of *********** idiot's

After numerous postings about edgar's handling of my account they did not even bother to reply to me. I was even surprised at an article stating that they are doing good and an interview on television about customers having problems with their accounts and were promised that it would be sorted out. How can I be paying my account monthly but it never reduces and last month it even went up. This is ridiculous!!! I really feel that I should not pay my account. They are very quick to phone a person. When I complained what 8s happening to the person that phoned me nothing was done.
