Edgars a mess in my life

Hellopeter Please help edgars is treating me very bad. I have an account with edgars.I finished paying it on November 2019.I went to esgars the grove to try closing it.When i arives at the grove the teller told me that im on areas with a funeral cover i have with them.I asked why am i in area with a funeral that i havent been used but paying on monthly bases?the teller told me that he has no answers for me the only thing is i have to pay and by then it was to R200 and i didnt have it with me.I ask teller to log a claim call for me so that i can quiry from their headoffice he said its late head offices are closed.

On january my girlfriend took school shirts for kids less than R400 i quickly went to pay cash since i didnt want anything to do with edagars anymore.When i arived at the teller the money was now R1100.I quiry it i had no answers.

We went on lockdown i was out of work shops were closed.Still had issues with the account.Went back to work last month suddenly i received calls from edgars debt collectors telling me i owe R2100 now i asked why am i in areas for a funeral i never used but paid still debt collecters had no answers for me.they said they will quiry and get back to me.in the meantime i must pay,for what i asked they dropped the phone.Today i received a call from debt collecters from edgars now they say i owe R3800 i should pay or unless they will put my name on bad debter.I also asked the same question he refered me again to store which i consistantly have no answers. EDGARS BRIDGE OF CONTRACT 1 Funeral cover was falsely sold to me.I was told appon openning that my parents and spouse parents will be barried for R15000 each and when i qury it feather after mlnths paying i found out the cover is only R5000.i quiry it as bread winner R5000 its almost to nothing.I THEN CANCELLED PARENTS COVER.

2 Areas of funeral cover never ran to me.Even if they did supposetely why am i in areas while collecting money every months and no claims made.When i ask about funeral cover they say its not edgars is different company under edcon they disnt give office detail only help desk at their stores.

3 I filled disiels at the garage using the point cards for almost almost a year.when i went to claim i only accumulated R28.FALSE ADVERTI*****T.

PLEASE HELP MY NAME IS IN RED WHICH ITS MAKING DIFFICULT FOR ME TO BUY A CAR.FOR JUST R105 ACCOUNT.
