I walked in to the CNA store to close my account. I paid it up and told the lady to close it. She then informed me she cant close it. I have a airtime subscription on my account (WHAT I DID NOT ASK FOR) we got a ref number that it was cancelled and they could close my account.

Then this month I get a sms my account is due!!! I phoned and to my surprise. they charged 40 rand for subscription and 52 rand interest. Again I said please close my account, now every day I phone I get told my query has been escalated . Nothing gets done!!! NOW I NEED TO GO PAY AGAIN FOR STUFF I DID NOT ASK FOR. TO GET THE ACCOUNT CLOSED.
