Edgards bad service

Ever since Edgars was taken over by whoever, everything is F......n mass, i paid my account as usually, but its not reflecting, I sent couple of email as per advise from their shops without any luck. I went to couple of their accounts departments , but without any luck...…Edgards call Centre is f....en ****. I think the best think is to close this account. Am told that they are using new system, but I don't see them making any effort to sort my problem .i made payment and submitted POP to shops, email and I call them several times using my own airtime.
