Hello Peter, I'm so disappointed in the service of Edcon. Edgars your name as fallen. I'm trying from Aug 2020 to cancel all my Policies with them that I took out. Edgars & Jet Club but they still billing me every month. The monthly fee went up, that I can't afford it with this pandemic. I've ask them to cancel it then credit the amount from Cancelation date and nothing yet. I've been paying and paying but you can't see the difference in my account. Can you please assist.
