Edcon/Jet/RCS service is pathetic

I paid my account two weeks ago and it is still not updated and is affecting my credit record. Apparently RCS bought Edcon but it was never communicated to customers. I have been phoning to check if my account is updated with latest payments, am not getting any help. Edcon/ Jet / is giving **** service.
