Edcon/Jet/Edgars unproffessional

I paid my account in full last year october,but as we speak Edcon/Jet handed me over to VVM debt collectors,before i was handed over i have been to their shop twice to try and clear my name,i have been promised to be called back countless time and i called head office numerous times and one lady told me they reversed the money and should reflect soon and i don't have to pay anything,soon after that i was handed over,VVM debt collectors they call me every single day,i will be going to Jet today to try and resolve this yet again because i am being harrassed with smses,phone calls and emails,i am not happy at all with their service ,they are unproffessional.This is not funny as its tarnishing my name,now i look like a bad payer.It will affect me when i try to buy a house,car or even opening other accounts
