Edcon/Hollard Cellphone insurance

I am Lwazi Bhengu and I claimed my cell phone insurance after I was ****** of my cell phone.

I was told I would receive my cell phone within two weeks with no access because I have no Edgars account or I had bought the cell phone cash . After waiting for two weeks I was then only told I had to pay for access of an amount of R500 and I still have not received the cell phone.

My reference number is TC ********** ********** 916.

I am very frustrated as I am losing job interviews through this!
