EDCON/EDGARS wont pay back the refund

Below emails show the level of patience I have had to endure since the start of my query with Edgars/Edcon. I had been paying my account but apparently to the wrong account, I was told a refund would be made back to my account...and nothing since.

I have had to send certified ID copies, bank statements, etc. of which nothing shows that there was ever funds transferred to my account.

This is for an amount of R872.32. I have been in desperate need of this money and between Jabulani Mtimkulu - Customer Services Administrator and Adele Olivier - Credit Balance Project Team Manager; I have had no concrete feedback and no one can send me a remittance as proof of their payment into my account. Once they sent a screen shot of a transfer and they confirmed that it bounced back to the sender...no other follow to ensure that I am taken care of as their customer.

I am extremely fed up and on the verge of doing something stupid.

Pease contact me Mrs PZ Sorayi -
