EDCON/CNA - Valid Gift Card

I enquired about a CNA gift card that is still valid and got an amount of +- R600-00 on it. Nobody can assist me to redeem my gift card. I want to use it but neither Edgars, Jet or CNA are willing to assist me. I feel they already received their money and don't care about any customer care anymore which is ****************. Please can I GET URGENT FEEDBACK in this matter !!!!!
