Edcon. Why are you taking me for a fool?

<p>I resigned in November 30th, 2015. And I was told that my provident fund would take 12 weeks to be paid. It's now 6 months later and I've not been paid yet (1 June 2016). It was so easy for them to take money from me but now that they must pay my money in (provident fund) nobody answers my calls at edcon or even gets back to me. I've spoken to people at head office to help me but all they do is give me incorrect numbers/details. I'm literraly so tired of running around now. Can someone people tell me why my money is noy paid in yet???? The date now is 1 June 2016. Can somebody actually help me? Or get back to me? I've wasted so much money and airtimr calling people and they just tell me they'll get back to me but never do. Should I go to CCMA/Labour Court for this?</p>
