Edcon,this thing has been going on for 1 1/2 years

I posted about a 1 1/2 year old story, about Edcon ineptitude, more than once on HalloPeter, to get contact details in order to speak to someone. No-one came back or responded to this website. Meanwhile Edcon opened an account on my name *******ly! I again phoned and left messages. Eventually someone came back to me. They waffle on about how someone had given me a call or mailed me about this. I asked for this account to be closed as it was opened *******ly! I must have spoken to 3 people that phoned me, and they try and wangle out of it. Close the darn acc. How hard can it be? It is ILLIGAL to open an account without my signature!!!!! No amount of waffling on about how someone sent me a mail or phoned about this a while ago excuses the fact that you opened an account ILLIGALLY!!!!!
