Edcon *****'s.

Poor customer service. I set a limit of R500. But then wen I opened my email after a few months as I was receiving an sms as how much to pay. So I was paying according to that sms as I have been doing in the past with out issues. Then boom my account is ABOVE R2000 due to the insurances that I added on but yet no one called to advise when the account went over R1000 an after me calling to complain RCS blocks my account without my knowledge. Where these *********** accountants were went account went above R1000 why no red flags were raised there. Edcon is like a **** with these insurances. First they no with them then how is added to my account. It's like theft under false pretense.
