EDCON TERRIBLE service over 11c
<p>I have an Edcon account. I phoned their accounts department last week and asked them the give me a settlement amount as I want to pay up and close my account. </p> <p>I was given an amount and I asked them to give me the FULL amount as I do not want to owe them ANYTHING. I paid the amount requested. And I was told to phone this week for a settlement letter....to be told by the consultant that I MUST pay 11c before I can get the said letter. This is ridiculous. It is going to cost me more than 11c to go to an Edcon store of make an 11c deposit via EFT. This is ridiculous. !!</p>
