Edcon stores don't have fica forms

Good day

You'll don't have any fica forms at any Edgars store I have tried at jets as well , some stores say that they have gotten rid of the fica forms so most don't have , this is very unprofessional , can't understand why these forms can't be sent to me so that I can fill it in , a other lady said that they do the fica in store by themselves updating details etc , I feel this is to much work for me I rather won't increase my limit if it has to be an effort.
