Edcon ****.

Subscription airtime and data was loaded onto my account without me requesting it but no only that I never even received it. I picked this up on my May account statement and raised it with Edcon. I was referred to a third party company which in turn promised to reverse the transactions , they sent smses while on the other hand I'm receiving calls and emails from Edcon reminding me of the debt. This Edcon isn't responsible they allowed a third party company they cant control ...Edcon is poor!
