Edcon if full off ****. I had paid off my account last year in July . 7 months later i get a call from a collection agency stating i owe money on my Edgars account. I advised this agency that i had paid so they asked for a paid up letter from edcon. when i call the call center they give me a ****py attitude and state i haven't paid . When i did a credit check it states Edcon last updated my account in 2016. This is affecting my chance of getting a bond. i have handed this to my lawyer but hoping this would help me get a response faster.
