Edcon - Revolting Customer Service

I paid my account balance and instructed Edgars that I wish to close my account in April 2019. I have recently learnt that my details were not updated with the credit bureau as per my Clear Score report. It still shows that I owe Edgars and that my record was last updated in 2017. I contacted customer care to kindly sort this out as it affects my credit rating from October 2019 to date. Instead I am being asked for reports I don’t have access. I am very unhappy about this and disgusted by the revolting service provided by this entity.
