Edcon refuses to honor my settled amount
Today I got off the phone with a debt review officer, Lilani, who told me Edgars refuses to close off my account after it has been settled. I am appalled with this and will not ever buy from this chain store again! I insist that all \recorded phone calls"be looked up and all emails be placed on the table. I will take this matter to the NCR and the Ombudsman if this account is not closed in the next week.

I asked for a settlement amount"
