Edcon Rcs is pathetic

HP Logo Edcon account I was retrenched in August 2020, app**** for my account protection plan. HOLLARD paid my claim over to Edcon. I have spoken to so many people at Edcon and RCS to allocate the money paid by Hollard to my Edgars account, but no one knows where this money is.

They are just not able to help me, sending me from one person to another, keep on asking for proof of payment although I've explained numerous times that Hollard paid Edcon directly, I can not provide them with this request, they must check with the department handling these queries.

I am so annoyed edcon is pathetic.
