Edcon Provident Fund payout delay

I have worked for Edcon for over 10years. I left the company on a voluntary retrenchment after I did not secure a position with Retailability after Edgars was sold to them. My last day with them was the 31 August 2020. I have been waiting to receive my provident fund money since end November 2020. We are now past Christmas and I have yet to receive my money. I am currently unemployed and unable to provide for my family. I have tried numerous times to contact the provident fund contacts and the phone either rings with no answer or they take my details and say they will get back to me. The last conversation I had with them they requested my marriage certificate which I submitted within 10min of their request. This was on only on the 22nd of Dec. I have had no feedback since and still have not received my money. I am highly frustrated as I still cannot get hold of the provident fund contact and I am now desperate financially. After 10 years of loyal service - surely this is not the way employees should be treated:(
