Edcon poor customer service
Edcon refuses to give me a settlement statement . I want to pay off my account but they cannot give me my statement of the outstanding balance . All they say is you account is handed over , they cannot even give me the contact details or email of where its handed over too. All they say is they will call you. I'm still waiting for the call and nothing...…….. where are my consumer rights here
