Edcon payment arrangement

Please help me understand why Edcon is calling me to make a payment arrangement when I have been paying my account on time? Then on top of that I have to deal with a very rude lady with an attitude telling me that I will be charged for this call as if I requested to be called. Please make sure that I do not get charged for this call and target your unpaying customers.
