Edcon pathetic customer service

I cannot believe this is going on since 30th November 2018! Edcon has still not allocated my payment to my account. I have dealt with so many people promising to assist me but no one gets back to me or even fixes my issue. The store that took my payment doesnt even help me. My credit profile came back again and my score keeps dropping thanks to edcon! They are a bankrupt so they think they should take my money and not load it on my account! I hope your doors close because you are unprofessional and have no customer service! You guys dont care about your customers and everyone is damn lazy to help people! If i could i would reverse my payment because you guys updated my credit profile to say that i didnt pay. I have sent my bank statement and i have sent the slip from store where i made the card payment! I cannot believe the call centre semds me to the store instead of them assisting me, everyone is so lazy and just dont care but if it was them the They wouldnt like this treatment. This is my second hello peter complaint! Lets see who cares about my business. My number is ********** Enrico Treasurer! My ref for my recent store query is ********** 8! I will go to my lawyer next if no one fixes my account!
