EDCON NOT UPDATING MY RECORDS FOR 2 YEARS

My Edgars account has not been updated with the credit bureaus for 2 years. The account is paid in full and I have received a paid up letter, they even refunded me for an over payment YET IT IS STILL REFLECTING ON MY NAME. PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY
