Edcon nags about payment yet dont resolve queries on thier wrong statement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DBN Edcon the worse retail store ever...… they don't resolve queries on their wrong statement yet they nag about payment, how can I pay for yet the mistake is on your side, at the bottom of their statement its written (If we don't hear from you you within 30days of this statement we'll assume that all info is correct)……..MXM.... well let me tell you even if you do advise they wont resolve the query instead they push for payment send non stop sms for payment yet they do nothing to resolve the query you have raised, every time you deal with diff people, when you phone them they don't pick up......GUYS this is a worse retails store with no customer care at all, they phoned me once its rand Once next thing "the customer is unavailable"' I bet they wont do anything about this review aswell…….well ill come back again and I will name and shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! am soooo sick of EDCON
