Edcon lawyers are ******** and *****

Hello I have had financial problems and stopped paying my Edgars account in 2016 February, now found a job and realised they put me on blacklist, they wanted me to pay R2800 in cash so I made and arrangement to pay R800 a month. After paying first installment in September I got a call from their Attorneys saying I should pay an amount of R1570.20 and they will remove me on credit record with in 21 days and send me a letter as proof. I paid the amount and it's 30 days now I'm still blacklisted, an attempt to get hold of them many times has failed. How am I supposed to trust them now? And how can I pay the remaining balance if they still keep me on blacklist. What do I do?
