edcon *** service

<p>i have a cell phone insurence and i accidentally broke it. i sent it in for repairs. its bee 15 working days plus weekend and the cell phone is not back yet. i have called their offices and they keep on telling me that the phone will be dispatched. today i called ********** 800, this person dropped my call. the speople at lakeside CNA have no idea where my phone is, i tried to speak to the manage, i was told they are not there, i asked for their cellphone numbers and i am told they cant give me as it its a personal number. i sent a complaint via edcon webste, no response as yet. so how the hell do i get help when both store and call centre cant help me. i want my phone back and i willcancell my account with you period. i can insure with better service providers.</p>

We have escalated the complaint to the C.N.A Lakeside Benoni management for actioning accordingly as the handset was sent instore for repairs. A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ***/GO. We understand all the inconveniences caused and frustrations incurred by the above matter. . The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly . Should you not receive feedback within 48 hours Kindly contact the Edcon Customer Experience Head Office at ***and quote your reference number. We apologise again for any frustrations incurred
