Edcon Jet stores the worst!!!

I have submitted a death claim and an account settlement insurance at Jet Stores, Tygervalley on 21 July 2020.i was informed that all was in order and the claim would be settled by the 24th. Upon enquiring on Friday was I told that there is no claim registered. I started to feel dispondent, Tens of calls and hours later. Spoke to more then 10 persons, sent more then 10 e-mails to all possible addresss. I was told to go get the pay out at a Jet store. Then I was told to contact Hollard, who did not even bother to reply. So many excuses. I think I will rather just let it be, let them start calling when the account of my late mother falls into arrears. Poor pathetic non existent service!!
