Edcon is issuing incorrect defaults on their client’s name!!!!

More that a month ago I published a review about Edcon issuing an incorrect default on my name as this account was closed last year already. According to the credit bureaus it reflects as ‘open’ and in ‘default’! After the review a consultant contacted me asking for an ITC report which I sent immediately. Up until today I have not received any feedback and I’ve been to their stores numerous times and all I get is ‘we can’t find anything on our systems’ I urgently need this incorrect default off my name!!!! Edcon is the worst! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!!
