Edcon is failing their customers

Since my account want open **********ly in December 2017 edgars failed to protect me as their customers and they forced me to pay an account that I never open but it was under my name. Besides that why edcon group did you include Account Protection Plan (APP) on my account that was supposed to help me but It did not ? Please get to the bottom of this
