Reference : ********** 1208/GO This has now been going on for 10 days, AND I AM STILL NO CLOSER TO GETTING THIS RESOLVED!!!!!

It seems that companies like EDCON can just do as they please without fear or risk of the consequences, AS THERE ARE NO CONSEQUENCES IT SEEMS!!!!

The issue at hand has now been pushed back to me to sort out? WHAT FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO HAVE TO RECOMMEND YOU ON THAT...IF WE CANNOT BOTHER TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT WE STARTED IN THE 1ST PLACE, WE WILL JUST PUSH IT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER TO FIX THEMSELVES!!!!!

I AM TIRED OF BEING TOLD BULL**** FROM A NUMBER OF EDCON AND NON EDCON EMPLOYEES. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IS A JOKE AND YOUR PROBLEM SOLVING S****S LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED!!!
