Edcon Incorrect bill
Last December I complained about the addition of airtime subscription on my account that they did without my knowledge. Now they want me to pay money without explaining to me if they resolved the issue. Really disappointed by this people who just want to collect our money. They promised to resolved the issue, but look like they playing hide and seek. Ref: ********** 2149/go.

17 Jan 2019, 11:58Why you treating people like this..Do you think I am mad to say the problem is not resolved. I see the refund of of R127. What about the rest of the money. I have been receiving sms and email urging me to pay my installment even though the issue is not resolved.

17 Jan 2019, 11:59What about interest rates accumulated because of your mistakes??? Are you going to reverse the interest rate. and this also affect my credit record because I have been paying my installment regularly.
