EDCON Incompetence to update ITC status 2 years after I was told it had been done

I was advised on the weekend that my ITC had not been updated, even after I received confirmation in June 2020 that EDCON had made an error on my account and that my account had been paid in full. I even received a paid up letter. 2 years after my account had been paid in full and closed my ITC shows that I am owing EDCON money and defaulted. This is utter shocking that even with confirmation, it was not done. If I did not call for an increase on my account limit for another account I would never have known that my ITC had not been updated as per the email i received. My application for an increase had been rejected due to outstanding balance on my Edgars account which Edgars had to supposedly write off!! Please show me where you have written off any balance on my PAID UP account!! My account should never have been handed over to Nimble collections in November 2020 in the first place, as it was paid up in June 2020! The lady that took my call advised she would email my correspondence to recoveries, She could not advise what the turnaround time will be for someone to assist with this matter. I have emailed recoveries as well and have not received any feedback! In the email I received in November 2020, I was advised that this matter had been escalated to senior management of Edgars. I suggest this "senior Management" calls me before the end of TODAY to confirm that my matter is being addressed with great urgency! What Edgars has done is *******! You CANNOT blacklist someone without informing them in the first place, which has happened in 2020! You also cannot hand someone over for collection, if their account hand been paid, in full, which had happened. You cannot NOT (or forget to) update a clients ITC to rectify an error that YOU have made, 2 years after the client had been informed that it has been done! I cannot get any credit or loans on my name due to Edgars incompetence!
