Edcon ignores my mail to claim credit of Fund’s

I paid extra into my edgars account and need a credit for amount over paid but as usual... no reply!!!!!! @Edcon #please be a business that even if you have nothing, have good customer service going! Do not ignore your customers like me with the hope we will leave you alone if there is no joy from you guys!!!!! Please process my refund ASAP!
