Edcon going down the drain. RCS none the better and speeding up the process

After 24years I now opt to close my account with Edgars. What shambles since the Covid 19 lockdown. I have not purchased in ages, cleared up my account but still every month incur unexplained costs on my card. Pushed from pillar to post when I call. Now I've had enough. Paid up, closing my account. Once again I can't do that and have to wait till Monday. Let's see what happens. Such a mess since RCS took over.
