Edcon gift card
On the 04 July 2020 I went to Edgars Westville to redeem my gift voucher, which i had gotten before the lockdown. Only to be told that my gift voucher was redeemed on the 28/06/20 via online purchase. i was confused as i had the gift card still with me.My understanding that in order to do an online purchase you need to create a profile, which links to an individual to that profile. Edcon customer care says that there is a problem they are going to investigate and get back to me. Its been a month i phone everyday. I speak to a different person everyday cause they can't put you to person you spoke to the day before.there is no supervisor incharged. no one get back to you. i will never buy another gift card from Edgars.

On the 08 of August 2020 the Edcon Team said they were going to look into my complaint-
re- ***/GO which I've been querying about since the beginning of July.
As yet i still have not received a response from Edcon regarding this matter.
Its seems that Edcon does not value their customers.
i'm extremely disappointment with their customer services.
