I recently left the company in 2018 july submitted all the paper work an d I was told I need to submit the withdrawal form of which I did when I called to do a follow up I was told my income tax number was incorrect and so I submitted the correct 1 called again to to follow up and was told I should get the pay out 1st week of December 2018 but nothing I then called again and was told 1st week of January 2019 bt still nothing called today and was told person that is dealing with my claim is on leave and that the claim hasn't even been dane
