I think edcon is a ********** company
A month ago I realise I was on contract. I'm receiving R55 airtime ..the charges are way too much I thought it's something to do with Vodacom my network provider.
I called Vodacom they told me I was under contract with edcon. To my surprise I don't even have a clothing account with edcon. Let alone I never signed any contract with them. It's been over a month now trying to solve this issue, their call center employees are not helping either they keep on giving me reference numbers and no one is calling me to resolve this issue
I'm tired of this and I will take it further
This is the number I've been calling for over a month now **********
