Unfortunately Jet (Edcon) has proven to be more *********** and useless. After my attempts to get a settlement letter from the 6th Jan 2020 until to date I have not received anything. All I'm getting is promises and lies. Your ***** call centre agent (supervisor) promised that I will get this letter no later than 20th Feb 2020. Today is the 1st of March and I haven't received it yet. Your service is so pathetic. Your own staff opens ********** accounts and tarnish innocent people's credit records. And you choose to do nothing about it. All I need is to get a settlement letter for a ********** account that i never opened. I'm in the process of applying for a home loan and you're jeopardizing my opportunity of finalizing this last process.
