Edcon *****

Edcon has been billing me for a service I never signed up for. This subscription has been going on for 2 years now and ths has skyrocketed my balance . Attempts to get Edcon to cancel and credit my account remain futile while they expect me to still make payment for their incorrect billing. I have reference numbers showing confirmation of cancellation and refund but the monthly statement still show this billing by some wifi service that I am not receiving
