Dear Grant Pattison
I hate being ********. Edgards has allowed a 3rd party, namely RCMS, to process transactions on my account and are now refusing to take responsibility for firstly giving my contact details to this ************ corporate citizen of RSA and then allowing them to charge airtime to my account, details of which could have only been provided by Edcon.
Employees of Edcon who have been in contact with me claim to have a recording of me agreeing to the above mentioned transactions with RCMS, this I assure you is very far from the truth. I might have spoken to someone "calling on behalf of Edgards" but did not agree to buying airtime that I did not need on credit.
I humbly request your intervention in clearing my account of these ********** transactions and in closing my Edcon account.
