Edcon Fica contact numbers all don't work , unprofessional call centre agents

When the sales consultant tried your call centre for a contact number for the fica department , 2 contact numbers were given which don't work , later on in the day another agent gave me a contact number I dialled that number and it's engaged , I suggest you guys give out the correct contact numbers , we wanted to follow up and find out if the documentation was received and the processing of my limit increase being processed , but we can't get through to edcons fica department.. call centre agents give incorrect numbers that don't even go through
