EDCON Discrepancy

I have had this Jet clothing account for about two years of which I think I only spent no more then R2000 Paid most of it until I realized they put a funeral policy on my account...Which was deducting R100.00pm and seemed as if it was taking it from my credit... Even after I ask them to remove it due to this, it was not done... Now after not wanting to pay for it, it has reached my credit limit to R4180 stating that I owe this amount... They put me on the black list due to this discrepancy and now I cant even apply for finance or a loan... I have emailed Edcon numerous times but no one contacts me back... Utterly poor service
