EDCON DIBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT TWICE

I don't think i will buy from any of the EDCON stores again. I went to buy clothes from Jet store at Clear Water Mall to an amount of R1400.00 and my debit card was debited twice. They allocated the amount to Jet stores and Edgars. I dont understand why the other amount was allocated to Edgars as i did not shop at Edgars.

I sent an email to EDCON Customer care to refund my money that was incorrectly debited from my bank account. They did not bother coming back to me.

This is to alert people going to buy from EDCON stores, never use your debit card.
